Updating the App

Updates are easy with the Paramedic Protocol Provider app. Simply email your point of contact with the new files and any important information such as what files are being replaced, what files need to be removed, and where any new additions should go. You will always ensure the fastest turnaround for updates by emailing both Oded and your contact. We will send our more information later in the year once the Self Service portal is up and running and you can easily handle all updates there as well.

If you are doing a major update where several entries will be removed, replaced, or renamed, it is best to include instructions for which files should be removed and where to place any new files. This can simply be a new table of contents.

Updates for all clients are always free and unlimited.
