Adding Contacts

In addition to supporting your files, the Paramedic Protocol Provider app can also hold important contacts for your staff. These contacts can contain name, rank, phone number, emails, access codes, or any other important information.

Adding a few contacts

If you're using the self-serve portal, you can add contacts by clicking "Contacts" in the header bar. This will take you to a page where you can add, edit, or delete contacts.

Adding a lot of contacts

The best way to send a large batch of contacts is to create an Excel document with the names and needed information. If you are only sending a few contacts, or updating later to add one more, or make a small change, you can just send that information in an email to your point of contact for updates.
