If the App Doesn't Install Automatically
If your app will not automatically install (a known problem with iOS build 17E8258), you will have to manually install it as follows:

Open the App Store App, and press your profile icon in the upper right.

Tap on "Purchased."

Then tap on "My Purchases."

If you don’t see the app at the top of your recent purchases, you can use the search bar to look for the app. It may take some time after you first redeem the app for it to show up in your purchases. Tap the cloud icon to begin downloading.

When downloading is complete, tap “OPEN” to open the app.
