If the Download Link Doesn't Work

If the link does not take you to the App Store, or the download does not automatically start, follow these steps.

  1. Press and hold on the redemption code until it is highlighted.dl-sc1 Highlight and copying the promo code
  2. Press “Copy” over the highlighted text to copy the redemption code.
  3. Open the App Store.
  4. Click the “Apps” tab at the bottom of the screen. The Apps tab on the app store
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  6. Press “Redeem” The Redeem button at the bottom of the screen
  7. Tap once where it says “You can also enter your code manually” Where to find the link to enter the code
  8. Press “Paste” to paste the code into the box. The box where the code should be entered
  9. Press “Redeem” in the upper right corner of the box. The Redeem button in the upper right corner
